Shirley & Naomi Private Home care Services (SNPHCS, LLC) founded in 2015 on the strength of two courageous women by the name of Shirley Parris and Naomi Leung. These two women were wives and mothers who strengthened the fabric of our society and stood on the values of Motivation, Love and Dedication not only to their families but to everyone whose lives they touched. Motivation, Love and Dedication are the values that remain with the two owners of SNPHCS, LLC.

Shirley was an entrepreneur instrumental in starting her own hairdressing salon and beauty school all the while being a
wife and mother raising her four children. She educated herself in the fine arts of doing hair and shared what she learned
by opening up her cosmetology school in her hometown. Her school was successful and ran for many years, it allowed
many young women and men to establish their own successful hairdressing business, as well. In 1966 Shirley closed her
business and migrated to the United States of America from her hometown Georgetown, Guyana.

Ready to Experience Compassionate Care?

At SNPHCS, LLC, we believe everyone deserves care rooted in Motivation, Love, and Dedication. Whether you or your loved one needs daily assistance or specialized support, our trained and compassionate caregivers are here for you—24 hours a day.

Two years later, her husband George Parris joined her where they produced their fifth child, a wonderful baby girl. Then, in 1970 Shirley & George’s other four children joined the family in the United States. A phenomenal woman, Shirley instilled in her children hard work and dedication to family, friends, and their community. Today all her five successful children are following in her footsteps in business, entrepreneurship and as a hairdresser. Shirley’s Memories continues to live on in us after her Passing in March of 1989.

Naomi was a self-made chef who started her catering business after her husband passed away and left her with four young children and an adopted son to raise. During the time of her lost and with the depression in her country Guyana, South America; Naomi also interwoven the values of Motivation, Love and Dedication by building a catering business. She would rise up early in the morning and with the assistance of her eldest son Joseph. Naomi and Joseph delivered delicious hot food to construction work sites prior to
Joseph running off to school.

. Naomi like Shirley inspired their children, nieces and nephews to establish their own hair salons and restaurant business that are successful today, here in the United States and abroad. Naomi Memories continues to live on in us too, after her Passing in June of 2010. Motivation, Love and Dedication are the inspiration for SNPHCS, LLC. Working hard and giving back to our communities are the attributes Shirley and Naomi instilled into us Joan & Joseph Leung. We are driven to pay it forward for our children and the future generations. We are the offspring of two dynamic women Shirley and Naomi and we are proud to dedicate our private home care business to our mothers, two women who strived on the strength of the Lord in their lives.

We will carry on this tradition by making Shirley & Naomi Private Home care Services a company that shows empathy to all of our clients and their families.
