Our employees go through a thorough training, reference check, and fingerprinting through the GBI for DCH. Most if not all of them have been in the Home Care field for five or more years. They are experienced in what it takes to give quality care to disabled people with patience and understanding. As it is our policy, our caregivers will not administer medication but do Medication Reminders. They are willing to assist with daily Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Checks, per the client’s Care Plan. Our CPR certified PCAs then list the vitals reading on a daily check sheet, that the client can take to a routine Doctor’s appointments. Should an emergency crisis arise 911 will be summoned, supervisor and the client’s family member/s are also notified
PCA completes precise documentation of her findings and remains with the client giving comfort and support until emergency help has arrived! As needed, SNPHCS, LLC will perform a proper relocation for the client as per protocol to a Skilled Health Care Facility that will give continuous, extensive care to prolong the life of our client and, an assurance to their family member/s. We are serving God’s people by expressing His Love for others’.
